Postal Delivery

Online orders are despatched to the Post Office the next business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification along with the tracking number. All orders are shipped with Australia Post and you will receive automatic tracking updates from them to the email address supplied at check out.

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping details at checkout, if you notice an error please email us at orders@pawtastictreats.com.au as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, we will try our best to update the delivery address, if the parcel has been shipped it is your responsibility to contact Australia Post to see if it can be redirected.

Should an order be retuned to us due to customer error any attempted re-delivery will be charged at the full postage rate. Payment will need to be received prior to the parcel being re-shipped.

Please note we take no responsibility for damage occurred whilst the parcel is in transit with Australia Post, should damage occur during transit please contact Australia Post.

Should you receive an incorrect item in your order, please email us at orders@pawtastictreats.com.au or via the contact form below with your order number and photos of the items you received in error. We will then arrange to ship the correct items to you.

 

Free Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery to the following postcodes (minimum order $30), delivery will be on Wednesday’s.

3158, 3159 , 3160, 3767, 3782, 3785, 3786, 3787. 3788, 3789, 3791, 3792, 3793, 3795.

 

Please Note:

Flat rate delivery is not available on our whole Antlers, if you are purchasing a whole antler then you will be presented with the available shipping costs.

In the event that an ordered item is out of stock and we are unable to fulfil your order, we will be in contact with you (usually 24 hours) to arrange a suitable alternative or a refund.
